By accessing or using the services provided by ModernPro Cheyenne Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
ModernPro Cheyenne Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related services. All services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
Property Access and Safety
You grant us permission to access your property to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured and that the work area is accessible. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you should remove or protect any items of value in the work area. For your safety and ours, please keep children and pets away from the work area during service.
Liability and Insurance
ModernPro Cheyenne Tree Service is fully insured and licensed. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden structures unless you provide us with their exact locations prior to beginning work. We recommend contacting your local utility locating service before any tree work begins.
Weather and Delays
Our services are weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule or delay work due to unsafe weather conditions including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or ice. Your safety and the safety of our crew is our top priority. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather conditions require rescheduling.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns. Please note that we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other treatments, as this depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModernPro Cheyenne Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
